2. Acceptance of terms
By using this website, submitting an enquiry, or enrolling in a Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or enrol in a Programme.
Programmes are open to individuals aged 18 and over who have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Enrolment in a Programme constitutes a binding agreement between you (or your company) and Praxentia, subject to confirmation of entry requirements and payment.
3. Programme description and scope
Praxentia offers three structured business education programmes:
Management Accounting for Non-Specialists: 25 contact hours over 5 weeks. Covers management reporting practice only. Does not address statutory reporting, taxation, or any matter requiring a qualified accounting professional.
Operations and Supply Chain Diploma Track: 140 contact hours over 24 weeks. Part-time. Covers operational management practice including demand planning, inventory, procurement, quality, and logistics. Entry requires at least two years in an operating role.
Executive Working Group Programme: 12 months. Covers operating process, organisational design, and strategy execution. Financial, legal, taxation, and other regulated advisory matters are outside scope and will be referred to appropriately qualified professionals.
Programme content, schedules, and cohort sizes are subject to change. Changes will be communicated to enrolled participants in advance.
4. Enrolment and entry requirements
- Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of payment and written confirmation from Praxentia
- Entry requirements for each programme are published in programme documentation and on the website
- Praxentia reserves the right to decline an enrolment application if entry requirements are not met
- If an entry requirement is misrepresented at enrolment, Praxentia may withdraw the participant from the programme. Refund terms in this case are at Praxentia's reasonable discretion
5. Participant responsibilities
- Participants are expected to complete required preparation hours before each session (as stated in programme documentation)
- Participants must maintain conduct that does not disrupt other cohort members
- Assessment work submitted must be the participant's own work. Use of artificial intelligence tools to complete assessed tasks must be disclosed to faculty before submission
- Confidential materials shared in sessions (including case documents, company data, and other participants' contributions) must not be shared outside the programme
- Participants are responsible for maintaining their own records; Praxentia's document of completion is issued once but can be reissued on written request for up to 7 years after programme completion
6. Intellectual property
All Content produced by Praxentia — including case packs, templates, session recordings, and written materials — remains the intellectual property of Praxentia. Participants are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials for personal professional development during and after the programme.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or sell Praxentia materials to third parties. The operating handbook produced during the Executive Working Group Programme is the property of the participating company and is not subject to this restriction.
7. Payment terms
- Programme fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM)
- Payment is due before programme start unless a written payment plan is agreed with Praxentia in advance
- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer. Details are provided at enrolment
- All fees include the materials and sessions described in the programme documentation. No additional fees apply for case packs, templates, coaching sessions, or site visits
8. Cancellation and refund policy
Withdrawal more than 14 days before programme start: Full refund of fees paid, less any bank transfer charges.
Withdrawal 7–14 days before programme start: 50% refund.
Withdrawal fewer than 7 days before programme start or after programme commencement: No refund. In exceptional circumstances at Praxentia's discretion, a credit towards a future cohort may be offered.
Cancellation by Praxentia: If Praxentia cancels a programme before it starts, a full refund will be issued within 14 days. If a programme is discontinued mid-delivery due to circumstances outside Praxentia's control, a pro-rata refund for undelivered sessions will be calculated and issued.

- Management accounting course content covers management reporting practice only. Statutory accounting, taxation, and audit matters are outside scope
- Executive Working Group facilitation covers process, structure, and operational practice. It does not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory advice

10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Praxentia's total liability to a participant or company participant in connection with any programme or use of the website shall not exceed the fees paid for the programme in question.
Praxentia is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss, including loss of profit, opportunity, or data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Termination
Praxentia may remove a participant from a programme without refund where the participant: (a) materially disrupts sessions or other participants; (b) submits assessed work that is not their own and does not disclose AI assistance; (c) shares confidential programme materials externally; or (d) provided false information at enrolment.
Participants may withdraw from a programme at any time, subject to the refund terms in Section 8.
