  • Programme enrolment and participant records: 7 years from programme completion, to comply with Malaysian commercial record-keeping requirements

  • Email correspondence: retained for the period of the business relationship and up to 3 years after

5. Data sharing with third parties

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with the following categories of third party, only to the extent necessary:

  • Programme participant assessment documents stored on password-protected systems
